Veena Malik keen on filming Tamil version of `The Dirty Picture`Karachi: Pakistani actress Veena Malik, who is currently in Fiji for some work, has revealed that she is keen to return to India to shoot for the Tamil version of ‘The Dirty Picture’.

Her debut in the Tamil film industry, ‘The Dirty Picture’, is a remake of Ekta Kapoor’s movie of the same name and Malik will play the role played by actor Vidya Balan in the Hindi version. 

“I always wanted to work in a Tamil film. I believe Tamil films are very strong as far as the script goes and technical work is concerned.
I hate doing same old boy meets girl movies and I won’t be accepting any roles like these anymore,” the Tribune quoted her as saying.

Madonna says Adam Yauch, the Beastie Boys rapper who died Friday, was one of a kind and that the group was important to her musical history.
The singer says the seminal hip-hop group was “integral to the musical revolution that was happening at the time.”
Yauch’s representatives confirmed that the rapper, also known as MCA, died Friday morning in New York after a nearly three-year battle with cancer. Madonna says she was sad to hear of Yauch’s death and asked God to bless his family. The Beastie Boys opened for Madonna on tour in the 1980’s, and the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last month.     - AP
