Veena Malik who is soon to commence her reality show, Veena ka Swayamvar on Imagine TV has been the talk of the town ever since her nude pictures for a magazine went viral. While the actor denies stripping for the picture, the magazine claims that it was Veena Malik who pursued the magazine for a month and asserted on doing a bold photoshoot. The FHM magazine responded to Veena’s lawsuit by suing the actor for Rs 25 crore. The magazine stated that the photos were indeed real and no image has been morphed. In their eleven page notice, the magazine stated, “Your client permitted our clients for her photo as well as video shoots which were carried out by our clients with the consent and authority of your client. It would be pertinent to mention herein that your client pursued FHM magazine via photographer Vishal Saxena in October 2011 for a shoot. Your client wanted to do a sexy, bold and in-your-face shoot and to express intent for the same she also sent through Saxena pictures of her in bikinis etc, to show that she was in good shape for a shoot for FHM. After pursuing FHM for close to a month, on November 15th your client was sent a set of photographs for references through Vishal Saxena via e-mail and was explained the complete concept of the shoot. After receiving and understanding the concept of the shoot, on November 19, 2011, your client reverted directly to Sh. Kabeer Sharma through an e-mail with title “Love the Idea” saying she “likes the idea and concept very much and was comfortable to shoot” on November 23, 2011.” They further claimed that Veena was super excited during the shoot, so much so that sometimes the team had to tell her to tone down her exposure keeping in mind Indian censorship laws.
The magazine also addressed on the ISI mark tattooed on Veena’s arm in their notice. “Your client was very much eager, excited and willing to wear the tattoo of ISI. Your client was not only well aware of the concept; she even proactively took part in the execution of the shot. Your client told to Priyanka Palkar, in presence of Sh. Kabeer Sharma, to make the ‘ISI’ marking on her shoulder “bolder and bigger” so that it could be “seen properly”. In her notice Veena had claimed that the magazine never showed her the cover picture before publishing it. They countered her claim stating that the actor had replied in a mail passed on November 29 that she is looking forward to the cover, which clearly indicates that she had seen the cover prior to its release. Apparently, this is not the first time Veena Malik has gone topless. Topless pictures of the actor’s earlier photoshoots have been found on the web. Like we said earlier, wethink this is just a publicity stunt for the actor’s new reality show. Nothing more or less!
Sarah Palin "Checked Out" By Secret Service Agent Caught in Scandal, Report Reveals
Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is weighing in on the recent Secret Service scandal after it was revealed that one of the accused agents, David Chaney, was "checking her out" on assignment protecting then-VP candidate Palin in 2008.
That's just disturbing. Not as disturbing as the fact that Sarah Palin was once close enough to the presidency that she warranted Secret Service detail, but still. Bad taste.
Seriously, though. This is a real story.
David Chaney, one of the agents implicated in the Colombia prostitution fiasco, wrote on Facebook of Sarah Palin that he was "checking her out" while assigned to protect the vice presidential candidate during the 2008 campaign.
He posted a photo of Palin with him looking on from the background. Under the photo, he wrote: "I was really checking her out, if you know what i (sic) mean?"
Palin, on Fox News, shot back: "Well, check this out, buddy - you're fired!"
She added that the scandal is "a symptom of government run amok" and that she hopes Chaney is in the doghouse, getting in a dig at President Obama's dog-eating "scandal":
Hazel Jones, Woman With Two Vaginas, Turns Down $1 Million Porn Offer
A UK woman with two vaginas has captured the attention of the news world. Hazel Jones insists she has no interest in cashing in on this irregularity, however.
Jones revealed she was diagnosed with uterus didelphys, an uncommon condition which means she has two wombs and two cervixes, earlier this week.
The 27-year-old has since been approached by - who else - Vivid Entertainment about starring in an adult film for $1 million. NO chance, she says.

Vivid Founder/CEO Steven Hirsch, who's made similar pitches to everyone from Octomom (often) to Casey Anthony (later withdrawn), wrote Jones:
"You are obviously an extraordinary woman and I would like to make you an offer to star in an upcoming Vivid production. We would pay you up to $1 million."
"We would fly you out to L.A. as soon as you are available and provide you with first class accommodations in addition to the payment for your services."
He did not release any plot details for this potential erotic masterpiece.
Vivid has become the leader in "legit" celebrity sex tapes, with raw footage of Pamela Anderson, Kim Kardashian and others netting the company millions.

Actress Kerry Washington and ABC's latest show, The Last Scandal of the star is a big deal to create excitement. Drama is a long time producer Shonda Rhimes, Grey's and Private Practice fame and a car, and the first from a black woman, in Washington for crisis management, Judy Smith will be centered around.
Even before its premiere last night, a black executive producer (Rhimes), producer (Smith) and lead actress (Washington), Scandal, and the role of women, African American women in entertainment, it has brought a breath.
"I think it will be really special when the color of a woman in this business. Who has the power to change the landscape," he told a recent interview summary said, "We are able to use a more powerful position, and the stories that are told."
An awards season that hit the film, with, from Mara Brock Akil, and with the news that Gabrielle Union is a show that is set to go on the air will lead to the viola, and Octavia Spencer Davis with a focus on talent, trips on, shone like the following, Washington has good reason to be optimistic . Washington, Eddie Murphy himself, Diahann Carroll and Jamie Foxx will be the next three years than in another movie. The summary said, "I feel very lucky to be in business now."

Tulisa 'plans to sue ex-lover for £100,000' over leaked sex tape as her stepmother claims she has 'no respect for herself'
Earlier this week she broke her silence over a leaked sex tape in which she stars but it seems Tulisa Contostavlos isn't finished dealing with it just yet.
The 23-year-old singer is reportedly looking to sue wannabe rap star, Justin Edwards for sharing the footage despite him claiming it wasn't him who leaked it.
According to The Sun, the N-Dubz star has called in her lawyers to seek damages for up to £100,000.

Legal papers were apparently served at a house in West Hampstead, North London, where Edwards mother lives.
However, the 28-year-old, who goes by the name MC Ultra wasn't there at the time and is said to be hiding out in the West Country since the video was up for sale online for £3.90 on Monday.
As source close to Edwards told the newspaper: 'She's suing for up to £100,000. This latest move by Tulisa has really unnerved and unsettled him. It's serious stuff and he's got to take it seriously. It's a lot of pressure for him.'
As well as this latest move, an application to extend Tulisa's emergency injunction will be heard at the High Court on Monday.
The X Factor judge's lawyers made the move rather quickly once news of the tape had spread.
But despite the London-born star owning up to being the female in the footage, one person who is still shocked by the whole situation is Tulisa's stepmother Melanie Vondrau.
The 39-year-old, was married to the star's father Plato for ten years up until 2009, claims that her 'heart just broke' when she heard the news.

'A young girl who respects herself would choose her partner very wisely,' she told The Sun. 'She is clearly not making the right partner choices.
The housewife went on to say that she thinks Tulisa's broken home is to blame for her choice of men.

'I feel she is a victim of her childhood - the classic little girl who wants her father's love.'
These latest comments will no doubt add to the singer's difficult week after her fans took to Twitter to accuse her orchestrating the scenario to grab their attention.
Just days after the sex tape was leaked online, the singer released a rather suggestive video for her debut single We Are Young.
As she sings the catchy lyrics, including 'forgive me for what I have done', Tulisa can be seen licking up ice cream with her tongue.

We Are Young is an electro pop song produced by Tulisa's ex-boyfriend and band mate Richard 'Fazer' Rawson.

Simone Farrow, an international swimsuit model
Simone Farrow, an international swimsuit model accused of being the mastermind of a worldwide drug ring run out of a Hollywood apartment, has been arrested.
Farrow got popped in her native Australia after skipping bail last month.
Once the face of the Ed Hardy bikinis, Simone used up to 19 different aliases to ship methamphetamine around the world by FedEx and even the U.S. postal service.
According to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and Australian police, the 37-year-old denied the charges and claims that she was in hiding after running for her life.
"The only reason I've done this is because someone was trying to murder me," she told Australia's Sunday Telegraph in response to the drug ring allegations.
"I've been in relationships with numerous underworld figures or whatever you want to call them and I feel that maybe they feel threatened by my situation."
Simone Farrow was first arrested in 2009 after flying to Australia as the DEA was raiding her Sunset Blvd. apartment, allegedly seizing drugs and documents.
After having a friend post her $150,000 bond in February, Farrow skipped bail. Police in Australia finally caught up with her last week at a Queensland hotel
