Jamshed, Hafeez make confident start



Pakistan openers Nasir Jamshed and Mohammad Hafeez made a brisk start for Pakistan on Sunday as they look forward to seal a win to confirm a berth of the final match of Asia Cup.
Pakistan were 81 in 15 overs without any loss when this report was filed.
Winning the toss, Pakistan decided to bat against India Sunday afternoon in their crucial last group match of the Asia Cup at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.
It is a must-win match for India. Meanwhile, Pakistan is in a better position with two wins – one over hosts Bangladesh and the other the Sri Lankans.
Sachin Tendulkar’s hundredth century was snuffed out by Bangladesh on Friday, who chased down a 290-run target to inflict a five-wicket defeat on the visitors.
