Looks as if Jennifer Lopez really will dance again — right to the top of Forbes magazine's annual Celebrity 100.
In what the magazine calls a career "reincarnation," Lopez has taken the No. 1 spot on the annual ranking of the most powerful stars, judged by net worth, cultural impact, social media reach and more.
And, yeah, things had looked pretty grim there for a minute: Think back to her days of movie flops like 2007's "El Cantante" and the preceding lackluster musical effort "Brave."

It took a bounce from judging "American Idol" and, sadly, a split from Marc Anthony, to restore Latina Elizabeth Taylor to in-demand status.
"Suddenly a single mother, Lopez ... scored lucrative endorsement deals with companies like L’Oreal and Gillette. She now has a line of clothing at Kohl’s, a top-selling fragrance and she was able to secure a nice bump — to $20 million — on her 'Idol' salary for a second season," Forbes said.
J. Lo even passed Oprah Winfrey, who clocks in at No. 2. Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg rounded out the Top 10.
Make what you will of those names, but you can't deny Jennifer her due: She's back in a major way. Next up, she'll embark on a world tour with Enrique Iglesias.
While it looks as though Lopez won't return for a third round of "Idol" judging, let's be honest — does she need the reality competition when she's atop a list like this? Tell us in comments.
