Halle Berry has been ordered to pay her ex, model Gabriel Aubry, a whopping $20G per month by a family law judge, according to a reportfrom TMZ.
Berry, 45, was ordered to begin making the payments which add up to nearly a quarter of a million dollars per year earlier this week. The former couple has a four-year-old daughter, Nahla, together.

The two have been engaged in a bitter custody battle following their 2010 split. This is the first time a judge has issued a court order over child support, despite the former couple’s very public battle.
Last year, Berry told People magazine, "Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents. But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We needed a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues ... because for her sake, this is the best way. We both love her more than life."
Berry is now engaged to actor Olivier Martinez and reportedly wants to move Nahla to France with her.
Earlier this year, Aubry was the subject of a DCFS investigation after a nanny claimed he was abusive to her. He agreed to attend anger management counseling in January.
